Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in management or supervising
• Minimum five years hands-on servers and enterprise network infra
• Three years minimum managing projects or teams
• Experience with relational databases and performance tuning
• Strong ability to present technical content to non-technical stakeholders
• Project management capability across multiple projects and vendors
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of field support pre/post engineers; conduct performance reviews and career development
• Coordinate with Installation teams on infrastructure and systems projects
• Oversee quoting, RFI, RFP and engineering RFC processes; ensure compliance with contracts
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, milestones and technical requirements
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, topology diagrams and change logs
• Act as customer-facing technical lead for outages and escalations
• Review system designs, perform cost analysis and drive value engineering for cost/margin
