Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, organization, and oversight of large construction projects related to electronic security installations. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, coordinating installations, and ensuring quality and profitability.

The ideal candidate has multi-project management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in construction project management.
• 2+ years in electronic security, fire alarm, AV, or building automation.
• Proficient with MS Office including Project and SharePoint.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects to optimize resources, scheduling, and timely execution within budget.
• Monitor budgets with full P&L responsibility and invoicing through ERP systems.
• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors for quality on large systems.
• Maintain timely communication with vendors, customers and internal teams to align with goals.
• Implement changes and adapt installation and pricing plans as needed.
• Schedule engineering, installation and subcontracting activities for large/complex systems.
