Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent work experience in security/compliance.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to write, present communications and train others.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance to NERC CIP standards across risk management programs.
• Develop and maintain FE compliance policies and guidelines.
• Develop physical security threat risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate compliance audits with internal teams or regulators.
• Escalate security issues and liaise with law enforcement as needed.
