Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a PHP Clinician to lead day-to-day program activities, ensure timely completion of scheduled clinical events, and implement continuing care plans.

The role requires seasoned supervision of a diverse clinical staff and monitoring all clinical activities to deliver optimal patient services. The position also entails collaboration with the program director, conducting patient-focused counseling, and driving performance improvement across clinical care systems while staying

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related discipline required.
• Two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to manage clinical practices in compliance.
• Experience with EMRs and tele-health.
• Independent License (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track and enhance patient progress.
• Collaborate with the program director to troubleshoot complex treatment situations.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and staffing decisions.
• Provide direct clinical services including individual and group counseling; manage caseload.
