Job summary

Photronics is a global leader in photomask technology seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer III to develop, optimize, and maintain processes that maximize yield and quality in fabrication.

You will work with Operations, Quality and IT to analyze data, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements aligned with customer specs. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing and a Bachelor’s in engineering with Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering experience in semiconductor, photomask, microelectronics or high- tech manufacturing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing in cleanroom environments is preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and safety.
• Analyze production data and troubleshoot process performance issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and specifications.
• Support new equipment installation and validation.
• Collaborate with operators and cross-functional teams to drive manufacturability.
