The role collaborates with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities and Quality to improve yield, handle tool maintenance, and support new equipment installations. Requires 5–7 years in semiconductor manufacturing and a related bachelor's degree; on‑site, travel <5%.

Qualifikationen

• Semiconductor manufacturing flow and cleanroom operations.
• Cleaning technologies (wet clean, chemical, megasonic, plasma preferred).
• SPC, data analysis, and statistical problem-solving methods.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain clean tool equipment performance, including uptime and reliability.
• Monitor equipment health and respond to alarms, excursions, and deviations.
• Troubleshoot tool issues and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support installation, qualification, and acceptance testing of new clean equipment and upgrades.
• Develop preventive maintenance and calibration strategies to improve MTBF and MTTR.
• Analyze equipment data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to improve yield and defect reduction.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve equipment issues and support technology transfers.
• Develop and maintain equipment documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards; participate in audits and training.
