Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant semiconductor experience.
• Applied knowledge of photolithography.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive solutions.
• Lean manufacturing familiarity: 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain existing photolithography processes.
• Learn Fab9 systems and tools; balance quality, cost, delivery.
• Collaborate with equipment teams to improve targets and SPC.
• Develop new processes and qualification plans for chemicals and tooling.
• Reduce cycle time and cost; increase yield; improve standard work.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
