Job summary

This on-site role focuses on sustaining and improving existing CVD processes and equipment, and developing new ones for dielectric and conductive films using CVD methods and chemistries. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead improvement projects, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining safety compliance and high yield performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Materials or related engineering field with 4–5 years of experience
• Masters degree with 2–4 years of experience
• PhD with 1–2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with maintenance technicians, process technicians and engineers to meet production demands
• Drive continuous improvement for equipment availability, cost reduction and yield
• Lead cross functional problem solving with facilities, maintenance and equipment engineering
• Support installation and startup of new or retrofit equipment
• Mentor and lead lower-level engineering team members
