Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience in optical proximity correction, computational lithography, semiconductor lithography, patterning, or related field to GF level.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor lithography, OPC concepts, and pattern fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, maintain, and optimize OPC technology files and computational lithography solutions.
• Collaborate to define and implement optimal computational patterning solutions across teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis of printing and yield hotspots using simulation and wafer data.
• Develop automated analysis and data-processing workflows to improve OPC development efficiency.
