Job summary

Micron Technology Inc. in Boise, Idaho seeks a Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer to install, qualify, and optimize photolithography systems in our new cleanroom.

You will collaborate with process engineers to improve equipment reliability, yield, and uptime while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on maintenance, diagnostics, and TPM-driven improvements, with international travel for onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Photolithography Equipment
• BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes

Responsibilities

• Installation and qualification of industry leading Photolithography equipment in our new cleanroom
• Photolithography equipment sustainment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
• Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies
• Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metrics
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies
