Job summary

Micron Boise is seeking a Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer to lead installation, qualification, and ongoing maintenance of advanced lithography equipment in our new cleanroom. You will work with process engineers to solve production issues and drive equipment performance via TPM practices.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on equipment ownership, a BS/MS in Engineering, and willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Photolithography Equipment.
• BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.

Responsibilities

• Installation and qualification of industry leading Photolithography equipment in our new cleanroom
• Photolithography equipment sustainment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
• Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies
• Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metrics
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
