Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Upon hire: WA Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification, or WA MA Certification with MA-P deadline if trained in Providence Swedish NPS program.
• Phlebotomy and data entry duties as part of clinical laboratory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary procedures for pediatric and adult patients.
• Enter and cancel orders in LIS per policy and document communications with care team.
• Assist in maintaining quality and safety in the clinical laboratory as part of Providence team.
