• Enter patient demographics, test orders, and billing in EMR/LIS.
• Label specimens accurately and dispatch to appropriate lab sections.
• Maintain safe work area and comply with HIPAA and safety policies.
• Assist with instruction of procedures to other staff and students.
• Monitor patient state for adverse reactions during phlebotomy.
