Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following procedures for various tests (venipuncture/capillary draws), including difficult draws with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and verify labeling; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport/testing (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, storage).
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems.
