Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Cypress, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist III to travel within the territory, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with weekend rotation. This role emphasizes accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and strict adherence to testing protocols.

You will work independently at Patient Service Centers and Client Offices, handling higher complexity collections, while delivering professional service and maintaining a clean collection environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsabilités

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures, including venipuncture and capillary draws, with high accuracy.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm specimen labeling accuracy; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and storage as required by test order.
• Provide exemplary patient and client service; maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment; handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
