Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III Site Lead in Corpus Christi, TX. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional weekends on a rotational basis. The position involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and leading a team at the PSC/IOP site.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience with patient interaction and specimen collection.
• Ability to lead and coordinate staff in a clinical setting.
• Comfort with processing lab paperwork and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screening.
• Lead daily operations at a PSC or IOP site and supervise other PSR staff.
• Ensure accuracy of patient data, test orders and billing information where applicable.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, inventory, and compliance with safety policies.
• Provide coaching and onboarding support for new staff and coordinate with other teams.
