Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support a medical facility in Cadillac, MI 49601. This is a 3-month contract assignment with potential extension or conversion, and a strong way to start with a top-tier healthcare organization.

The role requires solid phlebotomy skills, patient communication, and reliability to work M-F 8am-5pm Eastern. Travel to multiple sites may be needed; pay is $23-$25/hr on a W2.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Phlebotomist.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs with confidence both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling during post-venipuncture to ensure accuracy.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients and staff.
