The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and certification as a Phlebotomy Technician, with hospital-based experience preferred. We value teamwork, safety, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician required by one of the recognized certifying bodies (NHA, NPCE, NCCT, AMT, ASCP).
• At least one year of hospital-based phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and microcollection with precision and compassion.
• Ensure timely, high-quality specimen collection, processing, and distribution.
• Enter and maintain patient and specimen data in the LIS.
• Perform Point-of-Care (POC) testing per guidelines.
• Serve as a Senior Phlebotomist when needed, guiding peers.
