Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician by NHA is required.
• At least one year of hospital-based phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and microcollection with precision.
• Enter and maintain patient/specimen data in LIS.
• Perform Point-of-Care testing per guidelines.
• Provide guidance to peers as a Senior Phlebotomist when needed.
• Adhere to universal precautions and safety standards.
