Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographic info and ensure tubes are labeled correctly.
• Maintain necessary records and documentation with accuracy.
• Communicate procedures clearly to patients and ensure a safe, professional environment.
