TalentBurst is seeking a Phlebotomist II to collect high-quality blood samples across multiple sites in Stockbridge, GA. The role involves patient interaction, ensuring accurate labeling, and following strict safety and confidentiality practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform duties under supervisor and maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Verify patient demographics post-venipuncture and ensure proper labeling.
• Travel to multiple locations to cover Patient Service Centers as needed.
• Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
