Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist in WA to perform venipuncture.
• Completion of a Phlebotomy Certificate program.
• BLS (AHA) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Perform waived and moderate complexity laboratory testing, including microscopy.
• Record results accurately and maintain QA/QC procedures.
• Perform EKGs and related services.
• Provide professional patient care and strong customer experience.
