Optum is seeking a Senior Phlebotomist for a 40-hour week in Shoreline, WA. You will perform venipuncture, specimen handling, and waived to moderate testing, including EKGs, while maintaining patient-focused care and accurate records.

The role requires phlebotomy certification, BLS, and strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State WA Phlebotomy certification required or eligible.
• Completion of a Phlebotomy certificate program.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture with safety and accuracy.
• Conduct waived and moderate complexity testing, including microscopy.
• Record test results and patient information accurately.
• Perform EKGs and related services as required.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies are available for workload.
