Job summary

You will interact with customers, assist with OTC needs, manage inventory, and help maintain compliance with company policies. PTCB/ExCPT certification and English fluency are required, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision with dispensing and drug information entry.
• Fill prescriptions, verify accuracy, check for interactions, and support workflow.
• Enter patient and drug data into pharmacy systems and process third-party claims.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and assist with customer service at the counter.
