Walgreens in Englewood, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under direct supervision with dispensing, patient information, and operating pharmacy systems. You will coach technicians, process prescriptions, manage third-party claims, and support inventory and store operations to deliver accurate, timely patient care.

Formación

• PTCB certification required (except Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist pharmacist in dispensing and entering patient and drug information.
• Fill prescriptions by counting and pouring medications, verifying accuracy and interactions.
• Enter patient data and process third-party claims; assist with pharmacy operations and cash register.
