Job summary

Under supervision, you will manage prescription processing, inventory, and clerical duties, while promoting health services and product availability to customers. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in filling prescriptions and entering patient information.
• Verify medication, check for interactions, and ensure accuracy of dispensing.
• Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management and clerical duties.
• Process manual third‑party claims efficiently and accurately.
• Assist customers at the counter and guide them to OTC products.
