Job summary

You will ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, help improve workflow, and collaborate with store leadership to deliver quality patient care and efficient service.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions and maintaining accuracy in pharmacy systems.
• Enter patient and drug information, check for interactions, and verify medicine correctness.
• Lead pharmacy department inventory management and handle stock, orders, and losses.
• Process manual third-party claims and perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service, guide customers to OTC products, and handle cash register operations.
