• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions, entering patient and drug information into pharmacy systems, and verifying accuracy.
• Support pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stocking medications.
• Handle cash register transactions and customer interactions to guide shopping and service at the pharmacy.
• Communicate with physicians and patients, and refer complex issues to the pharmacist on duty.
• Participate in clinical services and coordination with Walgreens healthcare clinics as needed.
