Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (except in Community Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Pharmacy locations, or in locations where this role is covered under a collective bargaining agreement).

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmacy under supervision, ensuring policy compliance.
• Enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions accurately.
• Report prescription errors and adhere to quality improvement programs.
• Support pharmacy inventory management and daily store operations.
• Assist with pickup program and customer service as needed.
