Pay Range: USD $23.00 - $28.00 / Hour

Overview

This is a traveling position for Pharmacy Technicians that are highly motivated and capable of collaboration with pharmacy staff members, Pharmacy Directors, VPO's, and other operational team members to ensure the success of our pharmacies. The role requires understanding of all pharmacy technician functions, leadership skills, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities. It is a remote opportunity where you are based at home and travel (75%) to your assigned locations. Candidates should live near an airport, be adaptable, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Licensures: PTCB and/or licensed in your state of residence

Responsibilities

On-Site Collaboration:

• Work with Site Pharmacy Director to implement workflow and performance measures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Monitor inventory and procurement activities.

Technician Responsibilities:

• Fill prescriptions, prepare medications, and perform compounding as permitted.
• Work with automated machines and manage inventory.
• Input patient data and medication orders.

Project Management:

• Assist in planning and monitoring projects.
• Participate in policy and outcome strategy development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years LTC technician and leadership experience; 10 years preferred.
• Multistate licensure/registration and national certification required; additional licensure preferred.
• Travel required: 75%+.
