MD Anderson Cancer Center's Pharmacy Division is seeking a Pharmacy Technician with HS diploma and 2 years in retail, infusion or hospital settings. Preferred IV sterile compounding experience and ACPE IV Sterile Products Competency. Onsite work from 10:30 a.m.

to 7:00 p.m. Salary range starts at $23.80/hour and can reach $35.82/hour. Highlights include comprehensive benefits, PTO, tuition assistance, and retirement plans.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate from an accredited Pharmacy Technician training program or two years of college credit.

Responsabilidades

• Sterile compounding / preparation.
• Hazardous and non-hazardous sterile preparation.
• Prepare investigational doses by reading datasheet and following protocol directions.
• Handle, prepare, and dispose of hazardous drugs per SOPs (USP 797/800, NIOSH).
• Maintain competency in closed system usage and time-efficient productivity.
