Job summary

The role supports clinical services coordination and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy is preferred, with certification and ongoing learning encouraged.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in retail or hospital settings.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision with dispensing and pharmacy operations.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems accurately.
• Fill prescriptions, verify medicine, and check for interactions.
• Support inventory management and pharmacy KPI reviews.
• Provide customer service and guide customers to OTC products.
• Handle calls and clerical duties; assist with third-party claims.
• Support clinical services and coordination with external providers as required.
