Job summary

Under supervision, you will support the pharmacy team with dispensing, scheduling, and clerical duties while maintaining compliance with policies. Fluency in English and a relevant certification are required.

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
• One year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in dispensing and processing prescriptions.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems accurately.
• Support inventory management by ordering, unpacking and stocking pharm products.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist to improve financial, service and inventory KPIs.
• Provide customer service and direct customers to OTC products when appropriate.
• Handle calls and clerical duties; assist with third‑party claims as needed.
