Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician training program or certification preferred.
• Hospital pharmacy experience and familiarity with aseptic techniques are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to compliance audits and medication-use process improvements.
• Prepare reports and assist with regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, nurses, and clinicians to ensure continuity of service across shifts.
• Serve as liaison between pharmacy and clinical teams to resolve medication-related issues.
• Mentor technicians and support onboarding and competency validation.
