Job summary

You will collaborate with clinicians to optimize patient care and mentor staff in sterile compounding, inventory, and safety practices.

The role requires 1+ years’ hospital pharmacy experience, strong communication, and proficiency with hospital systems. Full-time daytime schedule with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with pharmacy operations in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow complex procedures and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in compliance audits and medication-use process improvements.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, nurses, and clinicians to ensure continuity of pharmacy services.
• Mentor technicians and support onboarding and competency validation.
• Manage inventory, including sterile products, vaccines, and controlled substances.
