Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Operate pharmacy systems, process prescriptions, and coach pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by greeting, assisting, and resolving issues.
• Support inventory management, clinical services, and community outreach efforts.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, including confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• PTCB certification (excluding Puerto Rico).
• At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in retail or hospital settings.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Walgreens or store inventory control.
• Basic math and PC skills.
