Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of work experience as pharmacy technician in retail or hospital.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the practice of pharmacy under pharmacist supervision and follow policy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and fill prescriptions accurately.
• Assist with scheduling, workflow, and third-party claim processing.
• Lead inventory management: ordering, unpacking, storing, and loss control.
• Support clinical services and coordination with external providers as required.
• Provide strong customer service and help locate products in-store.
