Quantum Health, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive pharmacy strategy and market intelligence, turning landscape data into executive-ready options. You will guide decision-making, size opportunities with data partners, and align on TCOC reductions for 2027–2028.

The role emphasizes rapid 90-day decision cycles, collaboration with finance, data analytics, and client leadership, and the use of AI to accelerate research while maintaining accuracy. Remote contract opportunity for 4 months.

Formación

• 8+ years in healthcare strategy, with at least 3 in pharmacy benefits, PBM, payer or benefits consulting.
• Strategy consulting or internal strategy experience leading work from research to executive decisions under tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of PBM economics: rebates, spread versus pass-through pricing, specialty pharmacy, and medical versus pharmacy benefit drugs.
• Track record in market and competitive intelligence: primary research, expert interviews, competitor profiles and synthesis.
• Comfort with claims data and financial models; able to build or direct a sizing model with finance.
• Clear, concise writing and presentations for C-suite audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Run the pharmacy strategy work end to end: plan, cadence, team tasks and a decision log.
• Build frameworks that turn research into choices: cost driver tree, evidence grid, and options scorecard.
• Size each option with the data analyst and finance partner: eligible members × engagement × effect − cost.
• Map carriers and their PBMs, transparent PBMs, navigation companies and health systems offerings.
• Track the pipeline and policy shaping 2028 and beyond: biosimilar launches, high-cost drugs, gene therapies, PBM reform.
• Run expert calls, establish a competitor heat map and market brief for leadership.
• Help leadership learn the pharmacy landscape quickly with data, and coordinate internal teams and AI tools.
• Executive audience engagement: report findings to CEO and executive team.
