Qualifications

8+ years in healthcare strategy incl 3+ in pharmacy benefits/payer/consulting
Strategy consulting or internal strategy leadership under tight deadlines
Working knowledge of PBM economics: rebates, pass-through pricing, specialty drugs
Track record in market and competitive intelligence: primary research, interviews, synthesis
Comfort with claims data and financial models; able to build sizing models with finance
Clear, concise writing and presentations for C-suite audiences

Responsibilities

Run the pharmacy strategy work end-to-end: plan, cadence, tasks, decision log
Build frameworks turning research into choices: cost driver tree, evidence grid, options scorecard
Size each option with data analyst and finance partner
Map PBMs and competitors; identify solutions and pricing
Track policy and pipeline shaping 2028 and beyond
Conduct expert calls; develop competitor heat maps and leadership briefs
Lead learning for executives; coordinate internal team and use AI tools to speed work
