Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Recruiter for Pharmacy Alternatives, an affiliate of PharMerica, to help connect talented individuals with opportunities where they can grow and contribute.

You will build relationships with internal partners and external candidates, source talent through social channels and networks, interview and present top candidates, and deliver timely reporting while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of private sector recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred.
• Travel 0–25%.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate full cycle recruiting: posting ads, sourcing talent, interviewing, screening and presenting candidates to hiring managers; follow-up with candidates and hiring managers; offer development and negotiations; employment and reference checks.
• Establish effective relationships with internal partners, employees applying for positions and external candidates.
• Monitor recruiting-related data in the ATS, track metrics, and respond to data inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain sourcing and referral networks with operations and external resources.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting of recruitment activities.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and customer focus.
• Provide consultative, problem-solving support for staffing needs.
• Proactively develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions.
