Job summary

Prime Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Network Consultant Senior to support remote work across retail, mail, specialty and quality-based networks. You will negotiate contracts and manage network campaigns in alignment with COGS strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong provider relationships while delivering value to clients and the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, management, or related field or equivalent work experience
• Master's degree in business, healthcare or related area preferred

Responsibilities

• Negotiate market competitive low to medium-high complexity pharmacy agreements across all channels
• Create and manage network contracting campaigns with network vendor; analyze information and report contracting performance
• Work with reporting/analytics teams to establish network reporting for network composition and compliance
• Represent Network Management in audits and cross-functional projects
• Perform network development, analysis and management activities
• Ensure contractual obligations align with policies, regulatory requirements and legal needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with chain, PSAOs and independent pharmacies
• Manage legal-to-legal correspondences between Prime and Pharmacy Providers
