Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
- 7+ years of pharmacy or related experience; 5+ years in oncology; supervisory/management experience required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations across assigned areas with regulatory and SOP compliance.
- Lead sterile and non-sterile compounding operations ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Compliance, QA and Safety to meet USP <797> and <800> standards.
- Provide operational leadership to the supervisor managing compounding workflows.
- Lead staff development, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
