Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Willow Inventory Senior Analyst to serve as the primary informatics resource for outpatient pharmacy inventory management and Epic accumulator maintenance.

You will build, maintain, test, validate, and monitor Epic accumulators to ensure compliance with 340B program requirements and support Willow Inventory functionality across OSU Outpatient Pharmacy locations, collaborating with pharmacy operations and informatics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree may be desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary informatics resource for outpatient inventory management and Epic accumulator maintenance.
• Build, maintain, test, validation, and monitoring of Epic accumulators supporting 340B programs.
• Provide dedicated support for Willow Inventory functionality across outpatient locations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations and informatics teams to optimize systems and workflows.
