Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Applications Pharmacist to support the Compass Rose module within the Epic electronic medical record.

You will design and optimize medication management content, enrollments, care plans, and documentation templates, while collaborating with specialty pharmacy, medication access, and operations to enable system enhancements and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Registered Pharmacist required.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of clinical systems for medication management.
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacy, medication access, and operations to support system enhancements and user training.
• Configure and maintain complex, multi-step order transmittal workflows.
• Provide medication and system expertise for enterprise-wide clinical projects.
• Develop, maintain, and support clinical application systems and automation for medication management.
• Familiarize with OSUWMC pharmacy operations, policies, and current pharmacy practice developments.
