Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Willow Inventory Senior Analyst to lead the inventory and accumulation systems across their outpatient and inpatient pharmacy operations. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Epic accumulators, Willow Inventory, and related automation to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and 340B program compliance.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Informatics Team, the analyst will develop, test, and support enterprise-wide clinical systems while collaborating with pharmacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, train, maintain, and support clinical systems used in medication management and related pharmacy automation.
• Maintain Epic accumulators for 340B programs to ensure compliance and reflect evolving requirements.
• Provide Willow Inventory support across OSU Outpatient Pharmacy locations and optimize inventory tracking and purchasing.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations and informatics teams to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
