Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Clinical Applications Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Informatics Team. You will develop, test, train, maintain, and support Epic Compass Rose modules for specialty pharmacy patient management and workflows.

You will collaborate with specialty pharmacy operations, medication access, and clinical stakeholders to design and optimize content, enrollments, care plans, and documentation templates while ensuring accuracy of medication information and system

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
Registered Pharmacist (Licensure).
0 years of relevant experience required.
0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, maintain, and optimize the Compass Rose module within Epic for specialty pharmacy.
Collaborate with pharmacy operations, access teams, and clinicians on system enhancements and training.
Develop care plans, patient enrollments, and documentation templates to support medication management workflows.
Ensure accurate medication information and alignment with enterprise policies.
