Job summary

WellDyne is seeking an Sr. Implementation Project Manager to oversee client implementations and change management for HealthDyne/WellDyne services, including PBM, mail order, and specialty pharmacy solutions.

The role requires detail orientation, superior communication, and the ability to lead staff. Travel may be required to support large client initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Requires a college four-year degree or 5+ years in client services or project management.
• Experience in Pharmacy Operations/Technology and/or project management is preferred.
• Ongoing learning in pharmacy industry and product knowledge development is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of large complex clients with unique service requirements.
• Serve as primary Implementation operations contact for strategic partners.
• Support Sales and attend finalist meetings.
• Lead project management for key strategic clients and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and produce status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Operations to meet client needs.
• Develop and document standard implementation procedures and improve post-implementation processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and leadership to manage expectations.
