Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating PBM contracts, leading or supporting RFPs, and analyzing claims and financial data to guide renewal decisions. Travel 0–30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of consulting or brokerage experience supporting US health and welfare benefits programs.
• Required: 5+ years leading PBM RFPs with pricing and vendor evaluation.
• Required: 5 years analyzing PBM contract financial components and underwriting health and welfare benefits.
• Required: 2 years of experience managing multiple concurrent client projects; travel 0–30%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate PBM contracts, deals, pricing, performance guarantees, and terms.
• Lead or support PBM RFPs including pricing analysis and vendor evaluation.
• Analyze pharmacy claims, utilization and financial data; prepare financial projections and renewal decisions.
• Develop health and group benefits strategies, plan designs, benchmarking analyses, and regulatory guidance.
• Manage projects and present client-ready reports; mentor junior team members.
