Job summary

Deloitte's Employer Health team seeks a Senior Consultant, Pharmacy Consulting in Nashville to advise on PBM strategy, contracting, and financial performance. You will analyze claims, develop benefit designs, and support renewal decisions for US clients.

You will lead or support RFPs, work with HR teams, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality client deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of consulting or brokerage experience for U.S. health and welfare benefits.
• 5+ years leading or supporting PBM RFPs with pricing analysis and vendor evaluation.
• 5 years analyzing PBM contract financials and underwriting health benefits.
• 2 years managing multiple client projects.
• Ability to travel 0-30% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate PBM contracts, pricing, guarantees, and terms.
• Lead or support PBM RFPs, pricing analysis, vendor evaluation, and implementation.
• Analyze pharmacy claims and financial data; prepare self-insured projections.
• Advise on health and group benefits strategy and plan design.
• Manage projects, prepare client-ready reports, and mentor junior staff.
