Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Account Executive to serve as the senior liaison for PBM clients within the Aetna Business Unit. You will interface with leadership and grow the business through renewal, retention and up-sell of existing clients.

You will lead the account team, develop strong client relationships, and deliver quarterly/annual reports on drug trends and financial performance. Collaborate with medical, operations, underwriting and product teams to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
• Preferred experience in pharmacy or PBM industry.
• Experience managing employer group or health plan accounts.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic account team and ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Develop relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with medical, account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting.
• Present quarterly and annual reports on drug trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Respond to RFPs with internal partners and contribute to design opportunities.
• Drive renewals and upsell opportunities with key client stakeholders.
